英文摘要 |
As the volumes of semi-current records continue to increase, the space of storage has become a serious issue for government agencies of our country. In this paper the United States, Canada and Australia are taken as examples to explain their records center systems. The development and functions of the records centers are discussed, and the procedures for managing semi-current records are introduced. This may provide some suggestions for solving the problems of insufficient space for government agencies in our country. |
