論檔案參考服務之實施

The Implementation of Reference Services in Archival Depositories

本文係探討檔案參考服務之實施，首先對檔案參考服務之意涵先行了解，包括其定義與範圍。其次，比較檔案參考服務與圖書館參考服務兩者之異同。檔案參考服務實施步驟包括館內與館外兩大類。針對國外檔案館實施檔案參考服務之經驗，可供國內檔案典藏單位在實施參考服務時借鏡。最後，針對檔案參考服務之前瞻提出淺見。

The paper discusses the implementation of reference services in archival repositories. First, the conception of reference services is realized, including the meaning and scope of reference services. Then, both the archive's reference services and library's reference services are compared, in order to distinguish the differences between them. The implementation steps in archival depositories can be divided into two categories. According to the experiences of reference services implemented in three kinds of archives in the United States, their experiences of reference services can be followed in Taiwan. Finally, some viewpoints are given to the development of the future reference services in archival depositories.
