The Research on File Knowledge Management

無論於企業經營或是組織內策略形成到實質決策力，均為一連串由「知」的洞察到「行」之間，如何拉近兩者距離不斷努力的過程。知識管理的工作，亦如於「理想」與「現實」的兩端間，需長期的經營與努力始能達成。現實中組織面臨緊急的事件，急需知識的提供，此一探囊取物的結果，亦慢慢的流失了繼續創造知識的基礎。因為知識的累積猶若浮出水面的冰山頂端，孰不知對冰山下的基礎知識繼續累積與保存，才為真正能量的源頭，亦為檔案知識管理的價值所在。

How to bridge the gap between knowledge and action is something that continues to be a focal point of work. This is important in decision-making whether it be from a corporate operations standpoint or implementing internal organizational strategies. Knowledge management also need long-term running and efforts to get achievement, like those between ideal and reality. When an organization faces a critical situation, it requires knowledge. Without such, one gradually loses the foundation to continue to create knowledge. The accumulation of knowledge is like an iceberg. Without an understanding of the layers that lie beneath and a solid foundation, it is virtually impossible to continue to preserve and further build on what already exists, and the value of the file knowledge management.
