建立我國檔案管理標準化作業

Building the Records Management Standardization of R.O.C.

本文以品質管理與作業標準化建立之觀點及檔案管理發展之現況，說明我國檔案管理標準化作業之建置過程、重點意涵與推動執行方式，並提出如何落實該項標準化作業之建議。

Based on the points of view of the quality management, standard operation processing and the current status of records management in Taiwan, this paper explains the thought, the outlines, and the implementation of the standardization of records management in R.O.C. Some suggestions about doing and developing of standardization are given at the latter of this paper.
