論齒源性蜂窩組織炎病患臨床照護

Nursing of Odontogenic Cellulitis Patients

齒源性蜂窩組織炎是一急性的感染症，主要來自牙齒的細菌感染。感染沿著組織鬆散的間隙擴散，造成嚴重而廣泛的炎症反應，甚至危及性命。在臨床上最常見的症狀為臉部或下顏面部或頸部突然腫大、發燒、牙關緊閉、無法進食，嚴重者易併發上呼吸道阻塞、敗血症等後遺症。常見的健康問題有急性疼痛、感染、需要護理指導等。對於齒源性蜂窩組織炎，要認識影響牙齒感染擴散的途徑及局部化位置的解剖，針對個案問題，給予個別性的護理措施，減輕疼痛，增加舒適感，致能在適切的時機達成最佳的治療效果，降低併發症產生。藉齒源性蜂窩組織炎之探討，提供同仁日後照護類似個案之參考。

Odontogenic cellulitis is an acute, persistent infectious disease. Mostly, oral bacteria originated from infected tooth, diffusing along the loose connective tissue space and causing severely purulent inflammation that might endanger patients' life. Clinically, most common symptoms are rapidly swelling of neck or face , fever , and difficulty in swallowing. Troublesome manifestations are acute painful sensation, progressive infection, airway obstruction, and sepsis , which indicate the necessity of nursing care and nutrition support. As to the odontogenic cellulitis , we have to recognize pathway of infection, local anatomy, as well as the demand of individual patient to improve their health problems. Furthermore ， diminishing the discomfort and preventing complications are effective treatments of odontogenic cellulitis. Finally, we should understand this disease more clear1y and offer better care sequentially.
