推展母嬰親善醫院政策之經驗分享

To Share the Experience of Promoting the Baby-Friendly Hospital Policy

提昇母乳哺育是全球的運動，成為母嬰親善醬院是醫療院所的目標。本院以「成功哺餵母乳十大步驟」為架構，積極推展母嬰親善醫院政策之評估與準備、實際執行的經驗分享，經由產婦及產兒醫護人員的參與過程，將通到的溫馨及困難處與大家分享經驗。最後，針對每年一次的評鑑，提供具體的參考。

Promotion of breastfeeding is a global exercise as well as the objective of many health facilities. Our hospital has vigorously promoted the preparation and assessment of the baby-friendly hospital policy following the guidelines of "Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding." In this article we shared our experience in implementing the policy through the participation of mothers and baby-caretakers. In addition, reference for annual accreditation is also provided in this report .
