臨床路徑於醫療照護管理之應用

Application of Clinical Pathway in Medical Care System

醫療科技日新月異的發展，使得醫療費用節節上漲，而自從氏國84年3月全民健保實施以後，政府及健保局強力的主導醫療照護體系的市場，使得個醫療院所在抑制成本的前提，而又有提昇醫療品質的壓力之下，紛紛導進企業經營的理念，臨床路徑便是在此前提下所發展出來的醫療品管工具之一。本文茲就臨床路程的定義及內容做一介紹，並探討其實際應用之效益、困難及未來展望。

The medical expenses are continuously increasing due to the advanced development of medical technology. Since the implementation of compulsory National Heath Insurance coverage from March 1995, the government and Heath Insurance Department have put emphasis on their policy of Direct Medicare System. Hospitals and clinics attempt to reduce the running cost and yet improve the quality and service. Therefore the principle of enterprises is thus introduced. Clinical pathway is one of the tools for Clinical Quality Control. This article is based on the introduction of the clinical pathway 's definition and contents, discussing practical benefit and it's difficulties.
