「創傷後反應」之概念分析

Past-trauma Response: A Concept Analysis

急性受創傷者送至醫院救治，醫護人員的治療照護常以其生理、病理為焦點，卻常忽略人對創傷後的心理反應，自921大地震後「創傷後反應」（post-trauma response）才漸被注意，但尚未深入瞭解及廣泛應用於護理評估，故本文以概念分析（concept analysis）的方法對此概念進行分析，並達以下之目標：1.確定創傷後反應的定義及鑑定性特徵；2.能瞭解創傷後反應之前因及後果；3.列舉出創傷後反應之臨床實證。希望藉由概念分析方法澄清此概念，使護理人員有共同的認知並能廣泛應用於臨床。

The medical teams take care of the trauma victims depending upon on the physical damages. The psychic response of the victim was neglected. The concept of post-trauma response was noticed since the 921 earthquake in Taiwan. The concept was not clearly realized and popularly applied in clinics. The author tried to make clear of the concept through the concept analysis method in order to 1. identify uses of concept and determine defining attributes. 2. identify antecedents and consequences. 3. define empirical referents. The purpose of this article is to improve comprehension and application of nursing process by nursing staffs.
