相較於在冷戰時期，以主權分裂為核心的對抗性發展，無論如何，隨著後冷戰時期來臨，北韓核武爭議既取代分裂問題，成為朝鮮半島與區域安全的主要威脅來源之一，也在2003年帶來由中國、美國、日本、俄羅斯及南北韓共同參與的「六方會談」多邊框架。值得注意的是，北韓雖看來似乎居於問題核心，但其本身或許並非危機的根本源頭；從各大國紛紛介入後，多邊會談仍遲遲無法取得共識便可看出，大國之間的戰略角力乃關鍵所在，不僅其背景是迄今尚無法取得最終平衡的東北亞權力格局，其內涵也勢將牽動相關爭議的後續發展。這也正是本文試圖分析的主要重點所

Comparing to the divided sovereignty issue, after ending of Cold War, North Korean nuclear crisis has brought the new threat to Korea Peninsula and regional security. However, what noteworthy to mention about is, though North Korea seems like being the core of this crisis, and regarded as the trouble-maker that the Six-Party Talks built together by China, US, Japan, Russia, South Korea and North Korea in 2003 try to suppress induce, the fact that continuous procrastination of a final act still implies that, maybe the strategic confrontation among major powers is the real show for this crisis. Accordingly, in this paper, this author will try to explain how North Korea crisis would influence the Northeast Asia power structure, and what might happen in the near future.
