博物館作為推動性別平權「論壇」：以客家社會的姑婆祖先崇拜為例

The Role of the Museum as a Forum about the Gender Equity Practice: The Example of The Great-Aunts Worshiped in Hakka Society

本文主要是闡述博物館如何掌握社會脈動、扮演推廣性平議題的平台，藉以成為共同參與交流的論壇。隨著時代變遷，傳統價值觀隨之面臨極大的挑戰，性別平等觀念是受到社會關注的議題之一。客家文化發展中心「臺灣客家文化館」自2018年8月起即針對北臺灣推動姑婆牌位、姑婆入祖塔及女性禮生之客家宗族，用影像紀錄祭儀文化變遷過程。為使客家宗族設立姑婆牌及入祖塔、女性禮生議題逐漸發酵擴散，能讓社會大眾瞭解客家祭儀中文化變遷現象，臺灣客家文化館遂將田野調查資料，轉譯成多元資訊，期待讓博物館成為提倡性別平權的「論壇」。本文將站在客家社會祭儀中文化變遷的宗族個案經驗基礎上，透過博物館利用公共資源、擾動社會所關注社會議題過程，探討博物館如何扮演「論壇」對話角色，發揮社會影響力，並為推廣性別平權觀念作出貢獻。

This article will explore how the museum plays the role of '' forum'' dialogue in the case of Hakka society's ritual neutrality, so that the role of friendly and equal rights can be imitated, exert social influence, and contribute to a friendly and peaceful society. With the changes of the times, traditional values are facing great challenges. The concept of gender equality in friendly and equal rights is one of the most concerned topics in modern times. The Hakka Cultural Development Center of the Passenger Committee hopes to play the role of a ''public forum'' in the museum. From August 2018 to June 2019, it will conduct a preliminary investigation of the experience of promoting the aunt's worship. It has been promoted and found that many Hakka clan made changes to clan ceremonies, and gradually paid attention to the status of family women, enjoying sacrificial rights.
