108年度市售禽畜水產品中動物用藥殘留監測   全文下載

Post-market Surveillance Study on Veterinary Drug Residues in Poultry, Livestock and Aquatic Products in 2019

衛生單位為維護民眾食用安全，歷年持續進行禽畜水產品動物用藥殘留之監測，108年度針對高風險品項及一般品項兩部分進行抽驗。高風險品項係依據歷年市售禽畜水產品中動物用藥之監測結果不合格率超過5.0％或市場流通量大等禽畜水產品進行抽驗，共計16品項，518件，包含禽產品177件、畜產品178件、水產品163件。檢驗項目包括氯黴素類、硝基呋喃代謝物、乙型受體素類等9種方法共117項動物用藥。檢測結果計12件動物用藥殘留不符規定，分別為禽產品3件，合格率98.3％；水產品9件，合格率94.5％，高風險品項整體合格率為97.7％。另一般品項之市售禽畜水產品，共計抽驗3,742件，包含禽產品1,490件、畜產品1,432件及水產品820件。其中9件動物用藥殘留不符規定，分別為禽產品6件，合格率99.6％；水產品3件，合格率99.6％，ㄧ般品項整體合格率為99.8％。綜上，108年食品中動物用藥殘留檢測包括高風險品項及一般品項，總計已完成4,260件（禽產品1,667件、畜產品1,610件、水產品983件），其中4,239件檢驗結果符合規定，21件與規定不符，總合格率達99.5％。所有不合格產品均已立即通知農政單位及轄管地方政府衛生局，要求業者下架、回收、停止販售及溯源追查違規產品來源，並依法處辦。

In order to ensure food safety, the health authorities continuously monitor the veterinary drug residues in poultry, livestock and aquatic products. In 2019, the sampling program of veterinary drugs conducted on high risk items and general items. The high risk items were defined by the items with higher failure rates according to the TFDA annual monitoring plan, and the items with a large proportion of sales in the market in past years. For the high risk items, there were 16 categories consisted of 518 samples including 177 poultry products, 178 livestock products, and 163 aquatic products. The results showed that for the high risk items, 3 poultry products and 9 aquatic products exceeded the maximum residue limits (MRLs), and the compliance rates were 98.3% and 94.5%, respectively. The overall compliance rate of the high risk items was 97.7%. For the general items, 3,742 samples including 1,490 poultry products, 1,432 livestock products, and 820 aquatic products were analyzed. Six poultry products and 3 aquatic products exceeded the MRLs, both the compliance rates were 99.6%. The overall compliance rates of the general items was 99.8%. The results had provided to local governmental authorities. The unqualified products were subsequently removed from the market and penalties were imposed on the suppliers.
