It is much popular that people choose replacing high energy-efficient lighting fixtures, because it cost lower and get higher energy-saving performance than others. However, for average person, it is difficult to apply the space lighting plan by themselves. Generally, the traditional space lighting plan is designed through the complex processes included a large number of calculation. Furthermore, it is also needed to build the 3D models first before adopting the professional software of lighting simulation. This research indicates a Flux of Light Method to combine database operations to build an energy saving evaluation system for indoor lighting with a simple interface. This system is developed to provide synergy on energy-saving, lighting quality and cost of light system when it is analyzing the space lighting requirements through the CNS12112, the lighting power density of EEWH, and payback period method. The main results of this research are as follows: First, Using Flux of Light Method to combine database operations is able to build an evaluation system with high accuracy for indoor lighting. Second, estimating the amount of lighting required for the space by the evaluation system of indoor lighting can save the working time about 90%.Finally, Planners can find the best solution quickly when they can compare the differences easily between the programs.
