The rapid development of information and communication technology as well as the response to the elderly society has made the information systems been gradually introduced to the institutions in recent years in Taiwan.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction for long-term care management centers and service providers under the Taiwan Long-term Care 10-year plan 2.0. Cross-section survey with questionnaire was conducted during a one-month period in March 2019, 305 valid ones of a total of 318 questionnaires were responded, the effective response rate was 95%.
In those research hypotheses, nine were statistically accepted, which "system quality" has no statistical significance on "perceived usefulness" and also "trust" on "Satisfaction". According to the Information System Success Model, the long-term care management information system is broadly discussed, which has the significant influence on the user satisfaction, hoping to provide more accurate satisfaction factors in all aspects, so as to be used as a reference for the future system revision and integration of the government agencies.
