臺灣健康促進工作的習慣領域和美塔學統合分析

Meta-Analysis on the Health-Promoting Work from Habitual Domains and Metalogy in Taiwan

本研究的目的係以習慣領域和美塔學兩大理論內涵，對臺灣的健康促進工作進行統合分析，同時提出目前進行健康促進工作符合習慣領域三大工具箱和美塔學正向與創意的兩大思維之實證資訊，以及深入探討其如何應用習慣領域和美塔學於過去、現在與未來的健康促進工作並探討其相關成效。本研究以電腦輔助質性資料分析軟體Nvivo 11版進行質性資料處理與統合分析，最後提出理想的習慣領域和美塔學健康促進工作指導模式的創新想法，藉以提供未來實施兼具正向積極與創意的身心靈健康促進工作之參考。

The purpose of this research is to use meta-analysis on the health-promoting work from the theoretical perspectives of Habitual Domains (HD) and Metalogy in Taiwan. This research employs meta-analysis to the official health-promoting workbook and data in 2018, then propose an ideal innovative model for increasing health-promoting effectiveness from many theoretical perspectives of HD and Metalogy in Taiwan. Computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software Nvivo 11 is applied to process and analyze data. This study hopes to make a ideal and creative Health-Promoting work model including body, mind and soul parts in Taiwan.
