As a social phenomenon, network financial crime can be recognized and prevented. One of the distinctive characteristics of network financial crimes is the interactivity of the crime occurrence process. According to the theory of situational prevention, a sustained and organic change of the possible or frequent crime situation can affect the rational choice of the actor, so as to achieve the purpose of crime prevention. From the perspective of the victim, the appropriate victim is also conducive to the crime situation. The situational prevention of the network financial crime is to discover and expose the victim factors that have important influence on the occurrence of the crime by carrying out the research on the victim’s participation in or contributing to the crime process. Based on this, countermeasures and measures are proposed to reduce the occurrence of the victim of network financial crime. It has good expansibility, adaptability and maintainability, so it has important theoretical and practical significance for the prevention of network financial crimes. |
