「台北人」休閒娛樂之探討

A Study of Leisure and Entertainment in 'Taipei People'

白先勇的小說《台北人》包含十四個短篇，小說中的人物有達官顯要、有名商大賈、有大學教授、有市井小民、有眷村居民。小說中的內容都是大家所熟習的過往情事，所述說的是一段過渡時間裡，台北人形形色色的生活寫照，故事內容有輕鬆面，有嚴肅面，也有工作之餘的各種休閒娛樂。本文則針對《台北人》中的休閒娛樂進行探討，依據小說中的情境，重新建構當時台北人休閒娛樂的方式及其意涵。希冀對過渡時間《台北人》的休閒娛樂，做進一步的探討，以了解此過渡時間中《台北人》休閒娛樂文化的各種意象，及其所蘊含的時代表徵。也在追朔探討休閒娛樂文化的領域時，提供一種另類的思維研究方式。

'Taipei People' is a novel of author Pai Hsien-Yung. It includes 14 short stories. There are noble offices, business men, professor, civilian, and depend resident in the novels. The contexts of the stories are familiar in our lives which are in a period of transition time. In the stories include serious and relax lifestyles. But some leisure and entertainment are also described in this book. In this research, the main purpose is focus on the leisure and entertainment of 'Taipei People'. And reconstruct the situation and signify of leisure and entertainment in the period of 'Taipei People'. And also offer an alternative method to think and to study the field of leisure and entertainments.
