The purpose of this study is to in-depth probe the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision from the theoretical perspectives of habitual domains (HD). Included three major concepts: circuit pattern, eight common behavior tendencies, and three toolboxes in HD. This study employs literature analysis from some practices in the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision and forwards to ideal educational development. There are three major findings in this research. Firstly, the point of the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision is application of circuit pattern in HD. Secondly, the point of the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision match the eight common behavior tendencies of HD. Thirdly, the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision could apply some ways to three toolboxes of HD. |
