In recent years, production value of Taiwans optoelectronics industry increased year by year, however, the critical factor is organizational efficiency. To manage Taiwans optoelectronics industry practitioners employees, enterprises, in addition to providing various welfare measures and job training outside, still need to pay attention to the internal organizational structure, and also notice situations of organizational justice, job satisfaction, job performance to enhance job performance of employees. Analysis reveals that organizational justice partially positively affect job satisfaction significantly, organizational justice partially positively affect job performance significantly; while job satisfaction has no positively affection between organizational justice and job performance. Thus, job satisfaction has no significant mediation effect between organizational justice and job performance. Therefore, this study conducts research on job performance of the optoelectronics industry, the purpose is to understand organizational justice and job satisfaction on employees job performance in optoelectronics industry. This study hopes that related industry or unit can concentrate on the importance of the research recommendations, and to improve the working effectiveness for raising job performance of employees in optoelectronics industry. |
