The main purpose of this study is to analyze the current bully phenomena and incidents existing in higher education system with two theoretical aspects in which are habitual domains and Metalogy. The study employs literature review analyzing approach incorporated with qualitative research methods. The literature data are mainly selected and analyzed from news reports of academic bully incidents in higher education system and one real case in which is a self-narrative document. This study also adopts computer assisted qualitative analyzing software, Nvivo 10, to process and assay the related qualitative characters and data. The conclusion of the study includes two folds. They are respectively: First, the negative meaning of the Eight Behavioral Commonality and Diffusion Methods provide an explanation to the bully phenomena in higher education. Second, the bully phenomena existing in higher education match the Janusian thinking aspect of anti- Metalogy. The suggestions of this study are: First, make a good use of and develop the Seven Bright Attitudes and Faiths to dissolve the academic bully phenomena in higher education that are veiled to the public. Second, actively enhance and comprehend Metalogic thinking. Be sensitive and sense the Janusian situation of university autonomy and academic bully. Proceed toward the positive and goodness direction. Meanwhile, push forward and expand the achievements of the goodness side within Innovative Dynamics of Habitual Domains in academic industry to make the world better. |
