This study aimed to introduce the effects of “PE Teachers in Action” program, and to reveal the experience of implement gender equity education integrated in physical education, and to reflect if the program design met PE teachers’ needs. A 9 courses program was implemented in 3 months, 4 high school in-service PE teachers (3 female, 1 male) participated in this program. The participants revealed more sensitive awareness toward gender inequity in physical education and school sports; moreover, the participants were able to share experiences in designing and implementing physical activity integrated gender equity. Nevertheless, the negative responses were revealed as following: 1) too many topics to cover in 9 courses, 2) did not have enough time to discuss and digest information, and 3) lack of supportive teaching environment back to school.
