Innovation dynamics, as an overall picture of continued organization innovation, is created base on Habitual Domains Theory and Competence Set Analysis. It is an analytic framework for organization to effectively get into potential domains to study the charge structures, transform their competence sets to produce needed products or service, and relieve the charges and pains of the targeted customers as to create value and make innovation a reality.
This research presents a case of development of individual competence. The purpose is to illustrate how an individual explores his/her potential domains, sets a vital goal in different stages, expands his/her competence sets, relieves the charges and pains of the targeted customers as to create value and, by means of this, to demonstrate the applicability of this framework.
