A Study of Elementary School Dean of Academic Affairs Curriculum Leadership Indicators Structure, and Operations

本研究旨在建構本土課程領導指標、權重體系,以及瞭解當前運作實況,其中以國小教務主任為主要研究對象。首先,經由文獻分析,歸納出課程領導層面與指標。其次,邀集學者專家組成德懷術成員,其主要任務是針對課程領導指標之適切性與其權重體系做評判, 進行3個回合的德懷術問卷調查,得出課程領導層面指標的適切性程度;再者,進行一次相對權重問卷,並以階層程序分析法建構本土課程領導的權重體系;最後,藉由上述發展得出的本土指標、權重體系量表,進行全國性問卷調查,深入瞭解國內課程領導運作成效、困境或問題,據以提出本研究之結論與建議。
英文摘要
This research aims to construct local curriculum leadership indicators, weight system, and understands current operations takes elementary school dean of academic affairs as its main research object. At first, via literature review, it summarizes curriculum leadership imensions, perspectives, items, and indicators. Secondly, hiring scholars and professionals as members for Delphi Technique assigned with major missions to judge based on curriculum leadership indicators and its weight system's standards. Continued with three-round questionnaires of Delphi Technique, it points appropriate standards for curriculum leadership indicators. Then, it performs comparative weight questionnaires plus Analytic Hierarchy Process to build local curriculum leadership weight system. Finally, with above development, it obtains local indicators, weight system quantitative chart, performs national questionnaires and interview-based investigations. This research dictates local curriculum leadership operational effects, difficulties, or problems in order to complete this conclusion and provides advice.
