The purpose of the study was to explore the well-being of elementary and junior high school principals. In addition, the study tried to construct the dimensions of well-being for the principals. The result of the study has shown that the dimension of the well-being for the principals includes life satisfaction, positive emotion, and negative emotion. Finally, the author tried to make some suggestions for educators to improve life satisfaction, positive emotion, and the future study. |
