This research aims at enterprise training comparison especially on quality management and achievement appraisal of training taken as the center of business management after entering the era of knowledge economy between Taiwan and Japan. The research subject is 'what difference on enterprise training between Taiwan and Japan.' In order to achieve the research subject, the research techniques this paper used had included literature search, case study, and questionnaire survey. The conclusion is that in 'activity', 'quality management', 'achievements appraise' and 'training receiving appraisal' four enterprise training comparison items between Taiwan and Japan, the 'activity' and 'training receiving appraisal' items present the remarkable difference; however the 'quality management' and 'achievement appraise' items do not present remarkable constructive difference under the era of knowledge economy after 1990 later. |
