In view of the fact by Special Education Law that junior high school is changed to decentralized gifted classes, the purpose of which is to integrate gifted students into the general students' learning period. It is hoped that gifted students have better social adaptability, so the class management function and the way of class management of decentralized gifted classes need to be adjusted in many ways; this article discusses class management and student guidance strategies in decentralized mathematics and science gifted class. The individual differences of eugenics' physical and mental qualities and the life of group education, only the environment supported by the administration and the establishment of interactive networks by the teachers and teachers can make the atmosphere of the gifted classes help the gifted students to study various gifted courses. By Individual Guidance Plan to make gifted students know themselves, make ordinary class instructors understand the learning characteristics of gifted students in the class, make gifted parents understand the school gifted education concept, three-pronged approach to promote the effectiveness of class management, and then develop various courses in the outline. |
