Since the ''Wave of Self-determination'' in 1950s, not only did most East Asian countries regain their independent status, but they owned the distinguish economic achievements, and even attended the process of so-called ''Globalization''. In this paper, we will at first explain the interrelated ideas of ''Globalization'', then analyze how could East Asian countries use the forms such as ''Europeanization'' or ''Capitalization'' to join to the modern world system. We especially lay emphasis on the discovery of new seaway, the emergence of industrial revolution, the wave of de-colonialism, and the influence of technical revolution and the third wave of democratization. Of course, what the most important thing here is to predict the future of East Asia. |
