Up to the present time, only five literatures focused on the elections of Taiwan Indigenous Peoples have been found in graduate school level, which lay their emphasis mainly on the discussion of system making and policy making within political participation. Also, the differences of social culture and original rights have been emphasized. As for research method, institutional approach is prior to voting behavior. In Taiwan, voting is the frequent political activity in every one, or two years. It is also the popular issues among tribes. It goes without saying that it influences the so-called Indigenous Society greatly. And yet, research focused on voting issues among Taiwan Indigenous Peoples has shown lesser concern and study. Therefore, there is much room needed to be discussed on this issue. |
