This paper emphasizes that ''hierarchical classification'' should be conducted for offenders of domestic violence, and then according to the ''hierarchical classification'', the offender is treated with strengths perspective. A two-stage hierarchical classification system is proposed. First, through the process of ''preventive cognitive education counseling'', the hierarchical checklist for domestic violence offender can be completed. This grading can be used as a reference for whether or not to treatment the offender; For a more complete assessment after the execution, the assessment is based on the ''Holistic Assessment Form'' of the Domestic Violence offender, which can distinguish the offender's fatal possibility, recidivism possibility, and the changeability. Finally, two cases were proposed for discussion. |
