This article investigates the transformation of the spatial clustering and coexistence of CVS in Taipei-Keelung-Taoyuan metropolitan area, examining the previous research results by the tempo-spatial difference and change of the regional development, and overcome the analytical limits of point data and village administrative unit. The result shows that the CVS spatial clustering achieved the highest level about 2007, the location of CVS mainly succeed the existing business district by remodeling in situ or moving nearby rather than obtaining new site.The relational population indexes and the size of business district of the previous researches are more proper in Taipei metropolitan area, in contrast in Keelung, Taoyuan and central or southern Taiwan needs to be adjusted base on the population structure. Accompanied the growth of Familymart recent years, the coexistence of CVS in Taipei metropolitan have from multiple coexistence to oligopoly competition with 7-ELEVEN and Familymart. |
