This paper discusses the physical disabilities work right problem, in order to understand the operating characteristics of persons with physical disabilities, employment status, employment difficulties, and explore how to use job redesign to practice the right to work of physical disabilities, and to protect the interests of its work, enhance their workplace and friendly atmosphere. By Document analysis research methods, results showed that: job redesign program to provide physical disabilities more help , making them in the work environment more plus handy, alone, is also playable to the average person attaching the content of the work, and to promotion that physically disabled persons employment rates and job satisfaction might raise a lot. Finally , recommend following the direction of our country can work towards the promotion of 'job redesign', the thinking really need help, including items from the user point of view, the implementation of advocacy functions closely integrated community-based employment services and job redesign of the two systems, strengthen professional training and communication, setting subsidy standards, build tracking and aids recovery mechanisms, incentives and create situations such as research and development . |
