The transformation of enterprise organization structure changed from U-type and H-type to M-type, and then derived different organizational structures. This paper argues that the factors that describe organizational changes must be fitted by organizational structure/type, property rights system (incentive) and knowledge ownership. And the combination of the three types of knowledge to examine, in order to explain that different organizational types have different existential factors and maintenance systems. Finally, this paper proposes that industrial enterprises are just one of the transitional forms of capitalism. |
