以大同管理觀探討銀髮族醫療服務品質研究

Investigation on Evaluation and Selection of Health Care Mechanism to Senior Citizen Based on the Ta Tung Perspective Harmony Perspective

高齡化社會是一個全球關注的未來管理議題。大同社會的「老有所終」是中華文化的理想目標。針對銀髮族未來生活，如何讓他們活出健康、快樂、信心，實現「老有所終」，要從醫療健康管理機制來思考銀髮族的發展策略。管理是以實現正確的未來目標為效能根本。本研究以實現禮運大同的管理思想定名為大同管理觀。以實踐大同管理思想為主軸，提出一個有關「老有所終」的策略管理層級架構，並以特定社群進行實證個案分析，以驗證該層級概念架構的可行性。本研究針對醫療服務品質對於銀髮族醫療制度與管理的發展狀況，探討未來發展策略，運用解析層級程序法（俗稱層級分析法）請專家進行策略評選分析。實現管理目標的關鍵要素之下，探討可行策略及其優先順序。建立整體概念架構之後，確立概念架構之可行性以及策略評選的實證分析，並作出結論與建議。

Aging is a global management issue nowadays. The old are provided for till their death” is an ideal in Chinese traditional culture, especially Confucious's Ta Tung (Great Unity) perspective. To create a healthy, delightful and confident life for seniors, we should build up a mechanism of health service management based on strategic management. We believe that society could reach the ideal through the management named “Ta Tung Management Thought”, and we propose a strategic management structure accordingly. After empirically analyzed with specific cases among certain communities through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the results indicate the feasibility and the priority of our structures.
