The Management Strategies of Physical Education Classes- In and Off, Change 2.0

學校教育培育運動選手的方式大部分皆是成立體育班，體育班自發展以來，經歷了四個階段，而2018年教育部配合國民體育法之修法，於5月修正發佈高級中等以下學校體育班設立辦法，本文作者依據本身服務學校有經營體育班的經驗針對修法重點提出看法，期望藉由本次修法能開創體育班的新時代，落實12年國民基本教育之願景──成就每一個孩子，與達成適性揚才的教育理念。

The way of school education to cultivate sports players is mostly to establish physical education class. Physical education classes have gone through four stages since their development. In May 2018,while the National Sports Act was being amended, the Ministry of Education announced the revised “Establishment Regulations for Physical Education Classes in Senior Middle Schools”.Based on the experience of managing a physical education class in school, the researcher's point of view is,hope that a new era of physical education classes can be created because of this revision- fulfill the vision of 12-year basic education,“Every child will achieve their goals: talent-praising well and lifelong learning”.
