This research analyzes teachers' new strategies in a new semester course and reviews the students' learning performance. It belongs to the teaching practice research with the theme of the sports dance class in university general education. Teachers use the concept of service learning to encourage students to share the dances learned in the classroom. Through ''teaching others'', teachers intend to strengthen students' understanding of the curriculum, and then to share and learn from others, in the process of learning More. The study of teaching practice discovers: (1) through semi-autonomous service learning, students can think about the needs of people around them, decide how to solve problems, and (2) in the process of service (teaching), interacting with people, solving problems, students attain good interpersonal interaction effects and feelings, and are more confident about what they have learned in the classroom. (3) In addition to the empathy realized through the exchange of positions of teachers and students, students achieve more understanding of what teachers' intention of teaching. (4) In comparison with the teachers' strategic teaching results before the implementation of the strategy, the students are confident in their own learning results, as the teacher's teaching has reached its predetermined goal. |
