“Heterotopia”, “visual cultural art education” and “New media” of these three subjects seemingly are irrelevant. In fact, there are synchronicity and intertextuality inside. In addition to art teacher inspired sutdents the ability to refiect on popular culture image through “Visual culture teaching strategy”. Getting involved the community we should construct the learning environment that convey visual culture art. This study attempts to research from Michel Foucault emphasized and explored the heterogeneity of space and value, and to research sustainable development strategy in “New media art village” heterogeneity from social construction epistemology. It is possible to find a new media group that can convey “visual culture art education” around the National Taipei University of Technology in this commercial district that combines intelligent technology, fashion, media, entertainment, art education and marketing network. Let the imagination and innovation of “New media village” become implementable and new media heterotopia of inter-subjectivity with the engagement of big data and digital media. Visual culture art education has also brought aesthetics into the community from schools through the implement of “New media village”. Community residents, urban travelers and consumers will have an opportunity to immerse into “New media village” that is full of fashion and avant-garde, technology interaction, civic awareness and then gradually achieve diverse aesthetic experience to people in modern life. |
