Self-narrative is a way to organize and reflect on personal life experience. That is: the present perspective, the narrative of past experience, help to deconstruct and construct the future professional careers .This study uses a self-narrative approach by a local counselor to review the learning and reflection experiences of the family therapy after meeting over 10 years of counseling career. This study refers to Neisser's description of the process of self-narrative inquiry. It focuses on the historical self, the perceived self, the remembering self, the reflective self, and the self-reconstruction. The contents are:1. The starting point of professional career-- the road of growth in the inner heart; 2. Dancing in the inner relationship garden; 3. Rechewing and reflecting on my family growth experience; 4. Practical experience of accepting cases and accepting supervision. The above four themes are aimed to present the results and recommendations. |
