This study is an attempt to explore college teachers' creative teaching from students' perspective. Eight sophomore/senior students from a southern university of Taiwan participate in the semi-interview research. The results show that students: (1) define "creativity" as "different", or different composition; (2) perceive teachers' creative teaching as "unexpected", such as demonstrating, modeling, doing-by-yourself, or engaging a variety of media (film, movies, or speech); (3) view their peer's creativity in extracurricular activities or community services. Teachers' rules can be "restricting" or "inspiring" for creativity performance. |
