本研究以台灣中南部地區(九份二山及新化林場)生長之野薑花(Hedychium coronarium)為實驗樣品,透過精油萃取裝置將植株不同部位(地下根莖部、莖部、葉部及花部)進行精油之抽取。所得精油利用氣相層析質譜儀(GC-MS)分析野薑花各部位的組成後,再配合主成分分析(PCA)之多元分析數據來說明台灣中南部地區所產野薑花精油於不同植株部位其組成分間之重要性與關連性。結果可知,地下根莖部精油之主要組成分為1,8-Cineole及Limonene;莖部精油之主成分為β-Ocimene及Limonene;葉部精油組成則以Caryophyllene、Limonene、δ-3-Carene及β-Terpinyl acetate為主;花部精油以(E)-Labda-8(17),12-diene-15,16-dial為主要成分。上述GC-MS分析所得數據經主成分分析後,可知各分屬於台灣中南部地區野薑花不同植株部位精油之特徵化合物,地下根莖部精油代表化合物為α-Terpineol;莖部精油為4-Carene;葉部精油則是Caryophyllene。 |

Hedychium coronarium originated from central and southern parts of Taiwan was used as the material in this study. The Clevenger-type apparatus was applied to extract essential oils from different parts of the plants. The compositions of aromatic compounds from H. coronarium essential oils extracted from rhizome, stem, leaf and flower were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer (GC-MS). Principal of Component Analysis (PCA) were used to investigate major compounds of essential oil of each tissue source. The results showed that the major compounds for essential oil were 1,8-Cineole and Limonene in rhizome, β-Ocimene and Limonene in stem, Caryophyllene, Limonene, δ-3-Carene and β-Terpinyl acetate in leaf, and (E)-Labda-8 (17), 12-diene-15, 16-dial in flower. H. coronarium essential oils from central and southern parts of Taiwan was characterized by high content of α-Terpineol in rhizome, 4-Carene in stem and Caryophyllene in leaf. |
