國民中小學校長永續領導指標及權重體系之建構

THE INDICATORS AND WEIGHT SYSTEM OF SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP FOR PRINCIPALS IN ELEMENTARY AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS

本研究旨在建構國民中小學校長永續領導指標，並確立國民中小學校長永續領導指標之權重體系。研究方法採取模糊德懷術與層次分析法進行探究。在指標發展上，首先透過分析國內外校長永續領導之相關研究，初步建構「國民中小學校長永續領導指標建構調查問卷」，再邀請20位教育專家學者與教育現場實務人員組成模糊德懷術與層次分析小組，以蒐集專家對於國民中小學校長永續領導指標之相關意見，進行指標的選取與賦予權重，據以建置完成「國民中小學校長永續領導指標」，其內涵架構包含五大層面──道德與永續取向、權責分享與合作、主動與專業學習、創新發展與傳承、資源運用與維護，共涵蓋十個項目、五十項指標細目。

This study is to construct the Sustainable Leadership Indicators of principals in elementary and junior high schools, and thereby to confirm the weight system of these indicators. Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were adopted as the main research methods. Initially, a framework of the questionnaire had been developed for the Sustainable Leadership Indicators of principals in elementary and junior high schools via global research analyses in Sustainable Leadership of principals. And then, the Fuzzy Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process Team, composed of twenty scholars in education fields and principals, was invited to offer opinions on these indicators of principals in elementary and junior high schools, as well as the selection and weighting, and accordingly construct the Sustainable Leadership Indicators of principals in elementary and junior high schools. The sustainable leadership indicators consist of five dimensions, orientation toward moral and sustainability, sharing and cooperation in duty, active and professional learning, innovation development and inheritance, and the utilization and maintenance of resources, which cover ten units and fifty elements.
