2019年在臺北舉辦的第六屆國際資優才能發展與卓越表現研究學會雙年會，邀請美國西北大學才能發展中心主任Paula Olszewski-Kubilius，以「從孩童潛能到成人創意成就：傑出表現心理學」的主題進行分享。本文目的在探討傑出表現心理學的內涵，並反思其對我國資優教育的啟示。
