資優孩子教我的事

What I've Learned from Gifted Children

Del Siegle教授是知名的資優教育學者，受邀於第六屆國際資優才能發展與卓越表現研究學會雙年會（Biennial Conference of the International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence）以「直指問題核心：資優孩子教我的事」為題進行專題演講。透過實徵性的研究結果以及與資優生相處的經驗，深入淺出地針對鑑定、課程以及因應資優學生特質與反思教師的任務與角色等面向進行精采的講座。筆者先整理演講內容，並從中反思自身資優教育經驗與提出心得及感想。

Professor Del Siegle, a well-known educator in the field of gifted education, was invited to the 2019 Biennial Conference of the International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence. He delivered a speech on the topic of “Getting to the Heart of the Matter: What I've Learned from Gifted Children.” With the result of his empirical research and through his experiences of teaching gifted students, he lectured on the identification and the courses designed for the gifted students as well as the obligation and responsibility of the gifted teachers. The writers summarized the content of his speech, reflected on themselves as gifted teachers and finally came up with their feedback.
