聚丙烯常使用於印刷、民生用品等等的材質基底,但因它的非極性特性,必須使用油性染料而造成污染,且也會導致不容易附著在其他材料上作保護層,且它的機械性質不足而無法承受熱、壓、刮等等的物理性耗損。本研究的主要目的就是要改進以上之缺點,添加具有極性的接枝後材料和無機鹽類,期望添加的接枝後材料能夠提昇聚丙烯的極性,而添加的無機鹽類可以提昇其機械性質,並使其變成白色以方便上色,最後使用幾種常見的儀器測量,證實本實驗成功的製造出具有耐熱、壓、刮的聚丙烯複合材料。
The Polypropylene is often used in printing, material substrates for consumer products. However, due to its non-polar nature, oil dyes must be used, but oily dyes can cause contamination and can also lead to less adhesion to other materials as a protective layer. Also, its mechanical properties are not good enough to withstand physical ablation, such as heat, pressure, and scratch. The main purpose of this study is to improve the disadvantage described above, adding grafted materials and inorganic salts with polarity. It is expected that adding grafted materials will increase the polarity of the polypropylene, while the added inorganic salts can enhance the mechanical properties, and make it white to facilitate coloring, and finally measured using several common instruments, confirmed that this experiment successfully produced a polypropylene composite with heat, pressure, scratch. |
