模仿行為、政治風險與市場潛力對持續投資意願之研究──以企業價值觀為干擾變數

The Study of Political Risk, Imitation Behavior and Market Potential on Foreign Investment in Taiwan Moderating Effect of Corporate Values

本研究針對在台投資的中資企業為研究對象，探討臺灣經濟環境具備哪些誘因，能使來台中資企業具有持續投資的意願。藉由問卷分析後，發現以下的結果：首先，當市場上具有知名、有值得學習的企業時，會讓中資企業具有模仿行為而明顯產生持續投資的意願。第二，與地主國的企業價值觀相近是重要的影響因素。在企業價值觀做為干擾變數下，能夠強化產業群聚及技術創新對持續投資意願正向影響。 This study is aimed at Chinese-funded enterprises investing in Taiwan, and explores the incentives for Taiwan's economic environment, which will enable Chinese-funded enterprises in Taiwan to have a willingness to continue investing. After the analysis of the questionnaire, the following results were found: First, when there are well-known enterprises, or the ones with merits to learn in the market, Chinese enterprises will have the imitate behavior and obviously generate sustained investment willingness. Second, the close proximity to the corporate values of the host is an important factor. Under the corporate values as moderator, it is possible to strengthen the positive impact between industrial clustering and technological innovation on the willingness to continue investing.
