由於本省氣候高溫多濕,作物栽培密集,致植物病蟲害種類較其他地區為多,因而影響作物之產量、品質,生產成本,外銷及消費意願,為減輕這些不利影響,農民設法保護農作物而施用農藥是目前最便捷的方法。本調查著重於本省季節性盛產水果中常用且毒性較高之有機磷劑農藥分析。繼72年及73年,市售檸檬殘留農藥調查(72年檢出3件含有EthylParathion農藥殘留,73年檢出7件含有EthylParathion,MethylParathion,Sumithion農藥殘留)此次增加分析楊桃及蓮霧農藥殘留情況。檢驗方法係精確稱已切碎檢體100g,加氯仿100m置入均質機中高速攪拌1分鐘,移入塑膠瓶中,以振盪機振搖30分鐘,抽氣過濾之,加適量無水硫酸鈉脫水,過濾後之檢液注入氣相層析儀分析之,氣相層析條件列於表一。
We have analyzed pesticide residues in 254 samples of caranbola, lenon and wax gambour by gas chromatography. Twenty two kinds of organiphosphorus pesticide were determined in the experiment pesticide of Ethion, Malathion, Methyl parathion, Dimethate, Disyston, Ethyl parathion were detected. Pesticide residues were not detected in 82 samples of wax gambour and 44 samples of caranbola. 34 samples of lemon in 128 samples had pesticide residues. The maximum amount of residue in 4.4 ppm of Ethion. The result had indicated the status of pesticide residue of fruits in south Taiwan is more serious than the other areas. |
