依據行政院衛生署頒布之藥品查驗登記審查準則之規定，中藥感冒糖漿不得配合西藥成分，鑒於有不法藥商擅自在中藥製劑中摻加西藥，為瞭解市售中藥感冒糖漿是否符合規定，於73年11月至74年4月間在台灣省、台北市、高雄市各地區抽購99件檢體加以檢驗。本次調查的西藥成分有Acetaminophen、Amino pyrine、Aspirin、Bucetin、Ethoxybenzamide；Phenacetin用於解熱鎮痛；Caffeine用於中樞興奮及利尿；Chlorpheniramine Maleate為抗組織胺，Dextromethorphan HBr用於止咳，Ephedrine、Methylephedrine、Phenylephedrine為交感神經興奮劑。檢驗方法係將檢體60 ml用氯仿30ml抽取2次，取氯仿層蒸乾，發留物以乙醇5ml溶之調配成檢品溶液，再以薄層層析法12與標準品比對檢視之，若屬陽性者，再以分光吸光度測定法加以確認。
In order to survey if the cough syrup of Chinese medicine has been adulterated by synthetic drug, 99 samples were collected from market in Taiwan area from Nov. 84 to Apr. 85. The adulteration was determined by thin layer chromatography and UV spectrometry and the results showed that 31.3% of the sample were adulterated with synthetic drugs including Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Caffeine, Ephedrine HCl and Guaiacol Glyceryl Ether. |
