本省為高濕的海島氣候，黴菌易滋生，因此抗黴製劑市場用量頗大，本局欲了解此類製劑之品質，因此作此項調查，以作為行政管理上之參考且保障消費者之權益；本調查報告是利用本局於73年發展之利用高效液相層析法測定Imidazole類之抗黴製劑，再佐以美國藥典收載之Clotrimazole Cream滴定定量法，檢驗市售抗體軟膏。
One hundred samples of imidazole antifungal ointments, including 81 domestic products and 19 imported products, were taken from drug-stores in Taipei area. All samples without clotrimazole ingredient were analyzed with a high performance liquid chromatography method described in the Annual Report of FDB No. 4 1984, whereas for the samples containing clotrimazole, they were analyzed by using an aqueous titration method described in USP XXI. Except three domestic products, all of the other samples were found to be within 90% to 110% of labeled amount. |
