目前有關植物中的錯定量法很多,由於前處理條件及定量法之互異,所得結果相差非常大。為了尋求可靠的錨定量法,首先比較研究已發表之諸法,再經改良後,找出的最佳定量法是,將樣品先以600°C,一小時灰化後,經四氧化碳及水萃取操作除去干擾物質,然後以錯呈色劑一苯夫倫(phenylfluorone)呈色,利用分光光度法,在507nm比色定量。另以本改良法定量24種市售中藥及30種蔬菜中之錯含量,發現靈芝及人篸中之錯含量較其他中樂高出許多。
There are many methods for assay of germanium in plants. Due to their different methods, the results varies greatly. Therefore, it is important to set up an appropriate and accurate analytical method. Our improved method is as follows, the samples were ashed at 600°C for 1 hr., then extracted with carbontetrachloride and water, treated with phenylfluorone color reagent and measured the absorbáncy at 507 nm. In this paper, there also showed the results of Ge content in 24 kinds of Chinese crude drugs, 12 kinds tea and 18 kinds of vegetables with improved method, the Ge content in Ganoderma lucidum and Pnanx ginseng were much higher than others. |
