最近世界各國都很重視中藥的研究，不斷有關於中藥之研究報告出來。為什麼大家對中藥那麼有興趣呢？實際上是因為現代的藥物一般不是抗生素，就是化學合成藥物，這些都會有副作用，反應激烈等藥害。而中藥則比較自然緩和，特別對治療慢性病有有效之報告出來，所以大家對中藥產生依賴，而有信心。現在世界各國對中藥有很多研究報告，例如：中藥的基源考訂，內部構造的觀察，或者是稀少中藥之栽培、組織培養、生合成等等。因為大家對中藥之研究報告實在太多，一時也講不完，所以著者僅就與我研究室有關的實驗，特別採用化學方法和生物檢定法作4、5點的介紹。
The therapeutic effects of Chinese herbs are different from most of synthetic drugs due to their moderate activity and low toxicity. For the physiological activity, quality control, exact standardization of crude drugs is the most essential assumption of a successful therapy to pratical clinic. Based on the scientific developing chemical and biological techniques and instrument analysis, they warrant an equal composition and action of crude drugs by standards. So many research reports of Chinese herbal medicines are given. In this review article, besides, the physiological principle constituents, pharmacological activity and standardization of crude drugs, also introduce the clinical treatment herbs-prescription and biological assay approach methods. Specially, the studies are in my laboratory. |
