為供應本局及國內生物檢定實驗用菌種，本局自民國71年起，即以冷凍乾燥法製備供試菌種，並以安瓿（Ampule）代替小瓿（Vial），加以熔封來確保安瓶內真空度。現已製備42種供試菌種，可供國內學術界及業者使用。
Forty-two prepared test strains are available for requesting from the Food and Drug Bureau now. The techniques to make lots of subcultures by freeze-drying method has been set up since 1982. The vials are replaced with ampules which are sealed at the mouths to make sure the vacuum inside. |
