以Triluoroacetylation方法使加保扶(Carbofuran)農藥得以用ECD為檢出器之氣相層析儀中分析,其感度為1ng,但在整個分析過程中以淨化過程之矽膠錶使用量應保持在7~8g之間,淨化管管徑在1.0~1.2cm間,則其回收率可得80.4~91.6%。然而高回收率之條件並不適於所有之檢體,因為雜質可能干擾氣相層析圖譜之分析,故應視不同之檢體選擇適當之條件。
Using trifluoroacetylation determination of carbofuran residue with GC-ECD was studied. The recovery was between 80.3-91.6% and the detectability was 1 ng. The key point to getting high recovery, the strict work on florisil column was required. The amount of florisil, inside diameter of column and eluant would influence the carbofuran elution. Seven to eight grams of florisil, 1.0-1.2 cm inside diameter and ethyl ether: n-hexane (1:9) as an eluant were perforemed sufficiently for analysis. The method showed high recovery and reproducibility. |
